General Terms
The Company and service providers hereby reserve the right to alter an itinerary or change accommodation when such alteration or change is in the benefit of organizational aspects of the tour or upon the occurrence of a force majeure event.
The Company hereby disclaims any liability resulting from any delay, advanced departure or cancellation established by airlines or other carriers, and any and all costs arising therefrom shall be borne by travelers. Moreover, the Company shall not be liable when tours do not meet the required number of travelers or if due to any justified reason the company is forced to cancel any trip, enrolled travelers shall only be entitled to a refund of amounts paid, expressly waiving the right to assert any other claim.
No passenger will be permitted to continue on a tour if in the opinion of the tourist guide such passenger's behavior is considered unacceptable or whereby it becomes objectionable to other passengers in the group and the provider shall be entitled to ask passenger to leave the tour. All travelers who voluntarily decide not to make use of any service included in a program shall not be entitled to a refund thereof.
ALTRO TURISMO acts only as intermediary between travelers and travel service providers to facilitate access to the services stated in the itineraries, whether transportation companies, hotels, tour operators, restaurants etc. Therefore, the Company shall not be liable for any deficiency, nor for any accident, damage, injury, delay or irregularity in the services provided. The Company does not guarantee the handling of baggage and personal items, and travelers assume complete and full responsibility therefore.
Regarding bus transportation, whether bus is owned or rented by the Company, the traveler shall be subject to the applicable accident legislation of the country where the vehicle was registered and expressly waives the right to assert any other claim regarding damages that will be paid to the interested parties, beneficiaries or legal representatives in the country where the vehicle was registered and in the legal tender of such country.
We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance as the Company will not be liable for any accidents, regardless of third-party liability of airlines, maritime companies, operators, etc.
